The Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association is proud to hold one of the lowest condominium fees in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Currently, our Operating, Capital and Refurbishing Reserves have accumulated approximately $2.1M, Lakeside owners have never been assessed for unexpected major repairs or replacements and are financially prepared for the years to come.

Our 2001 Baseline Study is available for viewing at the management office or by downloading the zipped file below. The file is a protected file and may be accessed by using the same user id and password for our resident e-mail directory. Please keep in mind that the Baseline Study is only a guideline for management and the board to use as a tool for management of our reserve funds.
