MANAGEMENT

Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association has chosen to have an"on-site" manager to handle the daily operations of the building and staff, as well as an "off-site" management company, Abode, for coordination of major contracting and accounting services. Lakeside staff consists of two engineers, an assistant engineer, a part-time gardener, and 'round the clock front desk personnel. Services for cleaning, swimming pool, general landscape maintenance, and security are contracted to outside sources.
